When you exit wine/fullscreen, the previously larger windows have been maximized, and restoring them does not restore their original size (they're smaller). I'm using KDE 3.5.9, but I don't have this problem with any native programs (anything using SDL, etc), so I don't think it's just a KDE issue. In order to perform this jump, you need to press the jump button a second time when Duke is in mid-air. Unfortunately this doesn't work in Wine, no matter what version of the Game (there are 2 patches) I use.
