The version of Morrowind I'm using is 1.6.1820 (Bloodmoon). My OS is Kubuntu 11.04 with KDE 4.7.0. I've downloaded the DirectX 7.0a SDK and I've started "ddcaps.exe" from it once on WinXP and once on wine 1.3.27. Indeed, I've found an entry where "3D" was set on WinXP but not on wine. So, tweaking some caps could help. This bug is fixed. At first I thought the game should resume music when it gets focused again but that's not true, the music restarts playing randomly while the games play, specially when an event happens. I thought it was related to focus but know I noticed it was due to an in game event that the music resumed playing...
