This effectively reverts 33ba6cbda7e8a1b4e93ac1c0b1c64e1fdcfee996 which was incorrectly assuming the missing ConfigureNotify was because the window was unmapped: we receive such events after a window is being mapped the first time, if we select them. Windows Vista added the concept of virtual accounts for services. There exists a deterministic mapping between the name of a service and its security identifier. The format of virtual account's SID is the following.
