Mostly alsa driver in winecfg, but also arts, and OSS. Tried in combination with alsa or OSS Could not try the linux nvaudio OSS driver instead of intel8x0.ko.gz as nvaudio kernel module is not available. Also tried after killing artsd, and using alsa.
