I do have a number of UI mods as well. I never hit log-out, so none of mine occur in that situation. I tend to get timeouts within the first couple of minutes of entering the world while the textures and objects are still loading. I have entire days without them, I have 3-5 minute intervals for 20-30 minutes in a row, and I have one or two random appearances in the middle of a couple hours of game play. No obvious rhyme or reason. I installed a nvidia FX5200 to replace the built in buggy openchrome driver. Dragging-resizing MDI child windows seem to be correct. I seem to recall I've also had it when porting to another continent, or upon entering/exiting instances, but for me the logging out of a character certainly trips this up more often than not. This may be because I have quite a few UI mods for the game, and when the exit character routines start, the game saves all the UI info back to disk.
