For instance, start notepad and press Ctrl+F. The titlebar of the popup should be blue, and the titlebar of notepad should be gray, but it's actually the other way around. Tested on KDE 3.5. It's very annoying and it shouldn't be there. It is indeed a bug. The screenshot is attached below. It happens on both full screened and windowed mode.
