It installed apparently fine with the usual problems with patches, When I run it, it reports that I have only 128 MB of video ram. I have a nVidia 8600 with 512 MB of video ram. Oddly, when running Wine in Win 95 or 98 mode (which is what the game is designed for), I get a number of error messages asking to set Wine to NT4.0 or 3.1 (see log: sims98.txt).
