One can navigate through the various instances alternating the windows shown inside PowerPoint but not clicking on the tabs showing Presentation1, Presentation2, ... in the task bar as this action does nothing. My first goal was to fix the "Error 100", I searched the web for that message and also traced what files it was trying to access. Found out that it was related to its MDB database. So I tried installing "mdac25" with winetricks and that was successful to make it launch properly. Mixmeister now launches properly and goes straight to the "nag screen" where you can press "Continue With Trial". Now rightclick on one of the tracks in the left upper box and choose "Add to end of playlist". Mixmeister will crash and display a window "Submit Error Report".
