If I'm clicking for example on File (a submenu opens) and clicking somewhere at the Blizzard logo (to close the submenu) there will be still a white background on the menu entry (File). The first letter of these entries (L and P) are only drawn to the half and the other half is flickering if the menu refreshes its information (~every second). Attached a patch that workarounds the problem for this case. It is probably not the correct fix as there must be a reason why CBF_EDIT state control background is not drawn.
