I am attempting to run the game in a clean 64-bit only Windows 10 prefix in Wine 1.9.12 Staging. As of right now, the game crashes on launch and gives me a dialog box with Japanese or Chinese letters in the title bar (no idea why I get Japanese or Chinese letters in the title bar of that dialog box as I have everything in English...) with the choice to either click "OK" or "Cancel" and start the Wine debugger. Tested installation of 76f590451717cc011948ff36d50885b9ff129173 AltiumInstaller.exe with wine-1.6-rc4. Early in installation, there is a login window that is behind a fuzzy splash screen. You can kind of see it if you use Ubuntu's alt-tab thingy, but you can't use it. Workaround: run in virtual desktop.
