I would not be surprised if this caused Windows to use some uninitialized memory thus causing the occasional failure. [For details on the software check the app database](https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=430…) The software is used to help creating the tax report in Germany. At the very end, one need to create a PDF file which is then transmitted to the tax department. However, the PDF file is never properly rendered but just a blank file with some horizontal lines and fractured digits. The (attached) log is full of FIXME-messages related to the library d2d saying that it ignores a certain stroke style. > fixme:d2d:d2d_device_context_DrawGeometry Ignoring stroke style Apparently it affects this special setting as one can draw PDF files at other points in the program.
