I have a British keyboard so I need to use key combos, i.e. ALTGR+[,o for ö.

This works fine with and with .NET for me with Wine 11.15.

Unfortunately I don't have any way to type characters with diacritics directly
with my keyboard, they all required three-key combos. All do work without issue
however.

Does the issue only occur using .NET? What if you install without it and use
Mono?
