A: assume its a wine bug and try something B: try getting it working on a i5-8250U processor laptop preferably thinkpad or C: give up for now.
Maybe someone else with the same card but a BIOS that supports Windows will help test. It may be difficult to trace wined3d specific bugs without potentially a lot more testing.
