On Windows, you can download it normally through the Store and then locate the installation directory. On Linux, you can use a website like https://store.rg-adguard.net/ to generate a direct download link for the .msix file, which you can then unzip with 7z or a similar archive tool. Alternatively, there is a Lutris install script (https://github.com/Dj0ulo/mywhoosh-linux) that automates the .msix download and extraction.
