I tried testing the demo with wow64 but it wasn't a thorough test because Bug
55981 would makes it painful. During the brief time (hours) it was running the
memory was not exceeded. However, I will give this a proper test with the full
game in the future, as it could easily take days.

Some notes:
- 4K resolution (+ highest settings) makes this easier (more memory used).
- Demo:
wine "c:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars
Demo\CNC3Demo.exe"
