[Bug 39266] Microsoft Wine Guide does not play video files with .cp extension

At least the 1995 and 1996 versions of MS WineGuide can be found from
archive.org.

If needed i can provide download link and/or search terms to them.

Test was done with Wine11.5-Staging on UbuntuMate 24.04 running on VMWare.

With both versions, ISO file was mounted as CD/DVD and application was started
directly from CD/DVD.

Tested couple of videos from both version.Video and audio seems to work.
I did not test installing application.
