Agreed.  So far my patch only considers extending to support theme settings via
command line.

Besides additional theme path option, other options for choosing index of
theme, color and size variants need to be supported as a minimal solution based
on:

/programs/winecfg/theme.c:
static void do_apply_theme (HWND dialog, int themeIndex, int colorIndex, int
sizeIndex)
