Do you even get the small window shown
about "The Wine configuration in ... is being updated"?

The lines "seh:handle_syscall_fault code=c0000005" for PIDs 0048 and 0050
seem to belong to explorer.exe processes.

Can you please repeat this with this WINEDEBUG:
WINEDEBUG=+pid,+seh,+loaddll,+module,+timestamp,+wineboot,+explorer
