http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25648 --- Comment #13 from Janne <janne.kekkonen@gmail.com> --- Hello, My setup: OS: Ubuntu Mate 24.04 (running on VMware) Wine version: 11.6 Test: Created a new 32-bit prefix configured as Windows XP. Installed IE8 via winetricks (winetricks ie8). Started iexplorer.exe. Navigated to http://www.httpforever.com and confirmed it loaded successfully. Observations: Checking IE8 -> Tools -> Internet options -> Advanced -> Security, only SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, and TLS 1.0 are available. This will likely cause connection issues on modern websites that require newer TLS versions. There might be a possibility to get TLS 1.1 or 1.2 working with IE8 when the prefix is configured as Windows 7. But I have not tested this yet. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
