The GTK3 user interface is not properly drawn, especially menus and labels.

(wine-11.5 needs the patch from bug #59561, should be included in wine-11.6.)

(Emulation prints all the time these two lines, which I guess
affect only the emulation part of the window and is probably another issue,
maybe bug #59366:
