Pl/SQL Developer 15 console output

After upgrading to Wine 11.7, PL/SQL Developer 15 crashes with the following
error:

* Install wine 11.7
* Install PL/SQL Developer 15 (64 bit)
  * https://www.allroundautomations.com/files/trial/plsqldev1504x64.msi
* Run PL/SQL Developer

Workaround:
* Downgrade to wine <= 11.6
