Hello KRosUser,

thanks for your interest. I inserted the binaries into GitHub again:
https://github.com/Waldwatz/In-Vino-Veritas/releases/download/WineEntgendere...

It contains an installer, but the executable can be started also without
installing. Only cable.dll and rlzrun20.rts have to be available (not
necessarily the help file). It is a 16 Bit NE binary intended for old windows
(runs on WIndows XP and older).
