There are different ways for it to groups fonts in families, and both will
depend on actual font data.

The much easier way to test something like that is to use Notepad++ which is
able to render through dwrite. 

Which fonts exactly are use copying to system32/fonts ?

P.S. please next time explain the issue in your own words, instead of
generating it.
