It sets CERT_NCRYPT_KEY_HANDLE_PROP_ID but passes a CERT_KEY_CONTEXT structure
instead of the documented NCRYPT_KEY_HANDLE. As a result NCryptExportKey() uses
an invalid handle and crashes.
