http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60385 Bug ID: 60385 Summary: Final Fantasy XI Online: Mouse/pointer cursor activates at unintended times (redux). Product: Wine Version: 11.18 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Keywords: regression Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: wineserver Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: chiitoo@gentoo.org Target Milestone: --- Regression SHA1: 6271e0bc43497b9c701f18965cbad5c8e7cce3f9 Distribution: Gentoo When Final Fantasy XI Online is running in full-screen mode, it warps/jumps the mouse cursor between menu menus when opened. When using the keyboard or a gamepad, the cursor is hidden unless the mouse/pointer device is moved in some way. After 6271e0bc434 [1], whenever this happens, the cursor is shown every time briefly, which should normally not happen. This may potentially also be re-introducing bug 56394 [2] leading to unintended menu selections when a window "connected" to the menu changes size, which then moves the menu with it (this has occasionally happened in the past, too, so I am not entirely sure that this is related to it at this time). By its description, 60328 [3] looks very similar, but this particular commit happens after Wine 11.17. Last tested by reverting/not reverting the commit at 9d17984f27b [4].
