[Bug 59824] Studio One (versions 6 and 7, Windows x64 builds) crashes immediately when attempting to drag any element on the arrangement timeline.

Worth clarifying that low FPS reported in screenshots is not a sign of a
problem and therefore not a result of any freezing.  

FPS only updates during inputs like mouse moves/keyboard and otherwise seems
fully functional at high FPS while processing inputs without any obvious lag.
