Sorry! It looks like you can also replicate the issue by downloading
isetup-5.4.2.exe from https://files.jrsoftware.org/is/5/. When run you first
have to click "Ok" to confirm English as the language then on the next screen
clicking "Cancel" will cause the hang on affected wine versions.
