www.icbc.com with builtin iexplore.exe

Hello,

I tested www.icbc.com using the built-in iexplore.exe in Wine 11.11. 
The test was performed on a clean, new 32-bit prefix.

While iexplore.exe does not crash, it fails to load the page and displays the
following error message:
"Page cannot be loaded because of an error. Error code: 404"
