For StarCraft 2 this is affecting it also. I've tried to put the exact same
resolution on both my monitors (and/or using scale=1 on the single monitor or
all monitors) to alleviate this. 

Also another workaround is to put the "full screen" gaming monitor on the left
of the disposition of the multiple monitors.
