Steps to reproduce with VirtualBox:
- install LinuxMint 22.3 Cinnamon Default with German localization
- install WineHQ-stable (because staging-version fails on .NET4.8-setup)
- install winetricks
- install DotNet48
- install MailstoreClient
- change WineHQ to staging-version
- start Mailstore
- press "ö"
-> Error
