[Bug 58046] Horizon Chase Turbo: gamepad hotplugging doesn't work

Testing Wine 11.16, the situation is improved: hotplugging in Horizon Chase
Turbo now works perfectly.

However, other InControl games still have issues. For instance, bewarewolf (the
free game I linked in an earlier post) still doesn't respond to controller
input.

Should this issue be closed (since its title refers to Horizon Chase Turbo
specifically), and another one created for InControl in general?
