In a 32-bit prefix (but the bug also works on a SysWOW prefix too) with
cnc_ddraw installed using Winetricks, the game starts, runs, and doesn't crash,
but the message "Using slow software rendering. Please update your graphics
card drivers" appears.

With Age of Empires I and II the original CD-ROM versions, the cinematics do
not show, but with others, it doesn't have that problem.

What shall I provide, screen prints, output, or regression test results?
