Do you propose a better way for offering a file handler registration mechanism
that is explicitly for non-executable file types, whereby any application that
registers an executable file type with it can be considered buggy? It's very
hard for me to understand how "there is no bug in Wine" when Wine is using a
mechanism in the exact way the mechanism documents should never be done.
