https://wiki.winehq.org/AppDB_Maintainer_Guidelines redirects fine.
https://wiki.winehq.org/AppDB_Maintainer_Guidelines/ redirects but not to the
correct page.

Although I would suggest that
https://wiki.winehq.org/AppDB_Maintainer_Guidelines/ is simply an incorrect
URL, some stupid applications (VS Code) adds the closing / for no reason
whatsoever (and that's a bug in VS Code).

Allowing the / would be a handy workaround, though I understand if that is not
desired behaviour.

I don't know where the code for this sits or I would have sent a patch instead.
