[Bug 59775] German umlauts won't be handled correctly by typing

On Linux Mint it crashes by typing "ö" with .NET48 installed. It doesn't matter
if you use a physical or virtual keyboard. You have to be localized as german.
With Mono it doesn't crash by typing "ö" but essential key-events don't work.
So it's no option.
With Debian it doesn't crash at all.

Can I collect additional DEBUG-Infos for you?
