fix to winedbg shall be included in
https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/11586 (which raises limit
to 65536)

for the DBWIN* part (sending strings longer than 4k-4), it will require some
more work on top of tentative patch attached for testing -likely tests- (in
next comment)

the WINEDEBUG channels are for debugging Wine, not for tracing every content
application can use; so I'm afraid this is not the right solution for what
you're trying to do
