Native is now loaded without explicit native override:

014c:trace:module:version_heuristics preferring native with no version for
L"\\??\\C:\\S60\\devices\\S60_5th_Edition_SDK_v1.0\\epoc32\\release\\winscw\\udeb\\hal.dll"
