directory tree of ~/.wine

Don't know, if I forgot to mention - seeing all those
STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND (c0000034)
ALL of the directories, where the .dlls should be in ~/.wine are empty.

If i forgot to mention it in the first place, sorry.
I already asked this question in the gentoo forums
(https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=1175453), and there I included this
information
