Thanks for the fix in 9152257bce0938a0a855b480ad8c0f8cf342dff0 (ntdll: Store
the redirection flag in the thread data before the TEB is created.) - that does
fix the first issue (with i386+x86_64 builds). However, actual arm64ec binaries
still crash on startup.
