Additional data point for the LINE duplicate (bug 59813): LINE 26.4.2.3957 started and login succeeded with Bottles 67.3, soda-11.0-10, and Fedora 44 after I signed the prefix DLLs with osslsigncode 2.12.
Before signing, crypt32.dll had an empty PE Security Directory and LINE reported NO_SIGNATURE. I did not import the generated self-signed CA into Wine's or the host's trust store. The certificate used subject fields from this existing community workaround: https://forum.gamer.com.tw/Co.php?bsn=60030&sn=2550747 I did not isolate whether those subject fields affected LINE's acceptance.
