Files Encrypt test always fails to run.

Memory Encrypt and Memory Compression tests take too much time to complete in
comparison to the other tests which are lightning quick. This issue happens
only under WINE on Linux and MacOS. On Windows, all the tests complete and run
at sufficiently quick speed.
