Error with on-screen-keyboard

You can try on-screen keyboard. Error occurs even with a "soft-key Ö".
Mono works without an issue - because it lacks on some key-press-events. 
With Mono, on my MainForm, KeyDown-Event won´t be fired at all. 
.NET48 works fine with this event - but not with e.g. "ö".
