Steps to reproduce: 1. Install ToneCommand Upgrader 1.2.8 for Windows under Wine, default prefix, no DLL overrides. 2. Connect a Livtra NANOCORE (or any class-compliant USB-MIDI device) via USB. Confirm Linux sees it: `aconnect -l` lists it as an ALSA sequencer client, `amidi -l` lists the rawmidi port. 3. Launch ToneCommand Upgrader. Actual result: the app shows no MIDI device and cannot connect to the pedal. Expected result: the app should detect the device, as it does on real Windows. Possible cause (not confirmed, just what I found while investigating): the app appears to enumerate MIDI devices only through the WinRT Windows.Devices.Midi API (visible as `midir` crate WinRT-backend strings in livtra.dll, e.g. "Windows.Devices.Midi.MidiInPort"), with no classic winmm midiIn/midiOut fallback compiled in. Wine does not currently ship a windows.devices.midi.dll — absent both from my installed Wine 10.0 and from the current wine-mirror GitHub source tree, which has windows.devices.enumeration, windows.devices.usb, windows.devices.bluetooth, and windows.devices.radios but no windows.devices.midi.
