This works ok with native dotnet48 ('winetricks dotnet48' but crashes with only
mono installed.

Like:
wine pwsh -c "([wmisearcher]'select * from win32_bios').Get()"
crashes with:
Call from 00006FFFFFBFD977 to unimplemented function wminet_utils.dll.GetNames,
aborting

Adding GetNames to wminet_utils is enough to fix this

For win32_process more functions are needed. Attached a patch that works for
win32_process.

I'll send some patches to fix this.
