I piped the output to a log file. The intermediate file has about 170 MB (uncompressed). So I tested instead: a) wine 11.7 without the Olympus Data folder: runtime error during the import (backtrace and log file attached) for comparison I re-installed the stable version b) wine 11.0 without the Olympus Data folder: import works (log file attached) c) wine 11.0 with shared folder: runtime error ...and then installed the latest devel version d) wine 11.8 without the Olympus Data folder: import works (log file attached) e) wine 11.8 with the shared Olympus Data folder: hangs with an intermediate log file of about 170 MB I assume that the error would also be triggered with a much smaller number of albums and images.
