Backtrace - Wine-Staging 11.11, PlayStation Accessories post-install, no
additional verbs

After installing PlayStation Accessories, no need to install any verb since NET
Framework 8.0 gets installed by the installer, reachable here:
https://controller.dl.playstation.net/controller/lang/en/2100004.html

To make the program open without NET issues, use this variable:
DOTNET_ROOT="C:\Program Files\dotnet"

After this, the program can open without problems, until the missing
implementation stops the opening process.
