The instability issue resolved after clean removal/update/install of WINE/TOS.

Continuing issues:

1.   Despite Winecfg default set to use Windows 11, TOS thinks it's running in
Windows 10 and warns it will not continue to be supported.

2.   Each time TOS is loaded in WINE, crash report generates a .dmp file around
430+ MBPS.

Despite these 2 issues, TOS appears to be running stable after the most recent
clean WINE update.
