Sure but this is only for testing purposes and could be great for WineD3D to have a support for those interfaces
Testing purposes is fine if it already works, but I don't think that'll be the case for d2d and dwrite; I believe they use undocumented interfaces that would need to be thoroughly reverse-engineered.
