Since commit f50b263562c002c61ab049baa1212c3bd36994bb buttons in winecfg (and
presumably every other program) can't be clicked. The winecfg top level tabs
are broken too, but e.g. the dropdown works ok.

This issue happens in new prefixes and after killing wineserver, so I don't
think it is an issue of a stale configuration after DPI change.
