Requested console output log with WINEDEBUG

How I reproduced the bug:

1. Install cnc_ddraw on the WINEPREFIX using Winetricks:

winetricks cnc_ddraw

2. Install and run game on that WINEPREFIX.

Anyhow, the requested console output is now available.
